THERAPY MATCHER
If you’re in need of a qualified therapist, let us know. Therapy Matcher provides free, personalized, and confidential referrals to licensed social workers across Massachusetts. We offer callers a free telephone referral service that is user-friendly and confidential. Our network of licensed therapists provide services to most Massachusetts areas. We do not disclose personal information to any outside parties.

THE CENTER FOR HOPE AND HEALING
The Center for Hope and Healing provides free and confidential services to people of who have experienced sexual assault, and their family members. Services are provided to people ages 13 and older, and include individual counseling, support groups, medical and legal advoacy, a web chat helpline, and awareness and prevention programs for youth, LGBTQ+ folks, men, and Khmer speakers.

The Compass Helpline at NAMI Massachusetts provides free information, ideas, resources, and support to help people across the state navigate the complex mental health system and related systems of care. Compass is staffed by people with first-hand experience navigating the mental health system for themselves or a family member.

INTERFACE REFERRAL SERVICE
The William James INTERFACE Referral Service, offered through our Freedman Center, is a mental health and wellness referral Helpline available Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm, at 888-244-6843 (toll free). This is a free, confidential referral service for residents of participating communities. Callers from these participating communities are matched with licensed mental health providers from our extensive database, on average, within 2 weeks of their call to INTERFACE. Each referral best meets the location, insurance, and specialty needs of the caller.

SPECTRUM HEALTH SYSTEMS
Spectrum Health Systems outpatient counseling program serves adults and adolescents with chronic substance abuse and/or mental health issues. Services include medication-assisted treatment, relapse prevention training, and after-care planning to help facilitate sustained recovery.

LOWELL COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES
Comprehensive behavioral health services are available for people of all ages. Our wide-range of services are designed to provide care and promote wellness for those who are concerned about mental health issues and/or addiction.
Behavioral Health Services supports cultural diversity and clinical excellence. With a team of bicultural, bilingual experienced clinicians, treatment is provided for children, adolescents and adults through individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions. The diverse backgrounds, orientation and specialties of clinicians enable the Health Center to provide an individualized approach to the problems that confront clients.
Experienced mental health professionals and certified addiction counselors work with each individual to identify needs and develop long-term goals. Psychopharmacology (mental health drug therapy) services is an additional service that is offered to clients.
